Arguably, the biggest splash from the Paris Couture shows this season was from Chanel. Forget about Keira Knightly's
dumb bangs and her embarrassing confession that this is her
first fashion show. (Man, if you're going pay the women to promote your brand, get her to some damn shows so she at least
looks like she's into Chanel, and not just her paycheck. Phew, rant over.)
Keira Knightly could have sat this one out because really, the most amazing thing ever were the gorgeous origami head-dresses that Japanese hair and makeup artist Katsuya Kamo did for the show. I mean, just look:

Kamo had only a mere three weeks to prepare and a crew of seven trusty helpers to turn plain 11 x 7 paper into these masterpieces of intricate detail. Roses, tiaras, bows and everything else you could possibly think of came together to crown each of the models. Add to it shimmering skin and white eyeliner and each looked like ethereal angels decked out in some pretty awesome threads.
