Neutrogena scores with the signing of Natasha McElhone

I have way too much Hayden Panettiere in my life already, and now I have to deal with seeing her in tons of Neutrogena commercials. Great.

Luckily Neutrogena is making it up to me by also signing the exquisite Natasha McElhone as a spokesperson for the brand. You might recognize her from The Devil's Own, The Truman Show and, most recently, the Showtime series Californication. Now she'll be featured in Neutrogena TV commercials and mag adverts for their Ageless Essentials Continuous Hydration line.

This is fabulous. I've always thought she was absolutely gorgeous and had the charisma and acting chops to be way more well-known. She's been in the papers more recently for the horrifyingly tragic death of her husband (made all the more horrifying by the fact that McElhone was pregnant with her third son at the time). I hope that Californication and Neutrogena will permanently put her on the pop culture map, because I need more Natasha McElhone in my life.
