Protect face from LA sun with this fabulous new cream

Remember DIY Pretty's fabulous orange jello shot recipe? Well thanks to this magical fruit, Pretty headquarters has a new favorite face cream! Since our bathroom shelves are overcrowded with every cream under the sun - it's hard work testing out new skin care products, but we do it all for you, dear readers! - we have many, many to choose from. But neither of us can stop reaching for a new one from Grassroots. It's called: Vitamin C Power Brightening Cream SPF 25 with Vitamins E and B5. Hefty title! We mostly call it "Orange Cream" or, more simply,"The Good One."

Let's start off with the most important part: it's got SPF 25 in it. "Perfect, wonderful, but is it thick and sticky like most other face creams that contain SPF?" you may ask. No! "Orange Cream" is super light, clean, and absorbs well into the skin. This is so not something you should take for granted, I tell you. After use, skin will be hydrated and soft. Loves it!

And let's get to the orange part. This potent cream contains 10% of a 4-fruit blend containing mandarin orange, bitter orange, grapefruit and lemon. Sounds yummy, right? Applying the Vitamin C from all these wonderful citrus topically to the skin can help reduce the appearance sun damage to the skin like discolorations, visible aging and uneven skin tone. Plus the inclusion of Vitamins E and B5, are also there to protect your skin against the effects of free radicals.

Clinical studies have shown that after four weeks of use, skin's brightness is improved, the appearance of discolorations and age spots were diminished, and skin was more hydrated.

It's exclusively available at Kohl's or online at Kohls.com. Right now, the online shop is sold out - apparently it's not just us Pretties that are all over this cream! - so check back in a little while, or stop by your nearest neighborhood Kohl's!

*** Side Note ***
Many only rely on SPF in their makeup to give them sun protection. FALSE! You don't, and shouldn't, cake on your makeup, and that would be the only way you'd have adequate protection from the sun by just using makeup. Please, Pretties, take it from me: always wear an SPF cream on your face underneath your makeup.

This sounds great! I've read a lot on antioxidants and vitamin C and most seemed out of my price range. I really want to try this one :)
