It took an MIT brain to cure my frizz

Like a lot of curly haired ladies I've struggled for years to find the right leave-in conditioner/pomade/gel/anti-frizz recipe that will leave my hair luscious and shiny and smooth. For what? I'll put so much work in and spend what feels like hours with the hair dryer, then go out to walk my dog and my masterpiece of styling turns into a 80's metal band wannabe.

Then I read an article about Living Proof's No Frizz on My Beauty Berry. Apparently some nerd at MIT who usually invents things for the medical industry finally put his god-given talent to better use and applied his smarts to taming frizzy hair. I heart you Dr. Robert Langer!!

Oh my god does this stuff work. A lot of top-tier sciency stuff happens, like some coating that is also used on contact lenses and DVDs. No wonder it smells like chemisty class (my only complaint), but who cares? It works!

After one use I was in love with my hair. I couldn't stop touching it, it was so smooth and wonderful. I'd recommend that you should get it too, but oops, it's sold out at QVC. Too bad!

J/K, I'm not that mean. Apparently it will be sold again at QVC, and at Sephora at the beginning of next year, so keep your eye out.

In the meantime, visit their website and learn more about what you can't have until early 2009.
